 INGREDIENTS

3 apples cut into wedges

150 g (3/4 cup) sugar

220 g butter

340 g (1 cup) honey

180 ml (3/4 cup) buttermilk

3 Eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

300 g (2 1/2 cups) flour

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

10 g baking powder powder

For the caramel:

100 g (1/2 cup) sugar

3 tablespoons of water
