Focaccia


Combine the flour, yeast, and salt in a mixing bowl. Gradually add warm water and mix to form a dough.
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, then let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Spread the dough in a greased baking tray, pressing down with your fingers to create dimples.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary and coarse salt.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
